The last several months have been a time of transition. It became evident that hosting short term single female missionaries in my home was no longer a role that was needed. I enjoyed my home for the last 3 years but I also felt God nudging me out.
Change is hard. It is easier to be comfortable in the familiar, especially when the familiar has been such a blessing. It has been a growing experience to see God's hand in it all. For the last 4 months I have been house sitting while the Rodgers family were in the states.
4 months ago, the guest flat at the Quirions was not available but now it is. Isn't God's timing wonderful! I will have to commute a little farther to do my duties but I trust the Lord will provide what I need because He picked it out for me. I didn't have any neon signs saying "MOVE HERE -->" nor have I felt, "you have no choice but to move here". Instead it has been a quiet peace of this is where God wants me and I'm excited to discover the blessings in store. The house is an adorable home with a wonderful view. Last Thursday we caravaned my belongings from my old home to my new home.
Tomorrow the Rodgers return and I will get to move in and sleep in my own bed in my new surroundings. It is amazing what you forget you have in 4 months. It should be fun to unpack my things! I will try to post pictures of my new place once I get settled, for now it is a mess.
Here is the outside though and my new view! Not shabby at all!
The two things I told God I would miss the most in my old house was my view and my bathroom (don't laugh, it was a wonderful bathroom).
And whether you laugh or not, God honored that!!! God is sooo good!!
Now, just working on a place for my washer.
Thanks for all the help and love from my moving crew!!!
The Hildebrants, the Quirions and the Pages --- couldn't have done it without you!!!

What a beautiful view. I'm praying that you will adjust very quickly and that you will enjoy your new place. God bless you continue to serve Him.
