Gogo means grandmother in Siswati. After over 7 years in Africa God has led me back to the USA. And now He has blessed me with not just one but 3 grandchildren in a matter of 3 days in May 2016. I continue to be amazed at the journey He has brought me on. Thank you for joining me! "For I am about to do something new. See, I have already begun! Do you not see it? I will make a pathway through the wilderness for my people to come home. I will create rivers for them in the desert!" Isaiah 43:19

Cooks/Teachers Picnic
Just wanted to share that Saturday I had a picnic for the cooks & teachers of Oasis @ Swaziland, both Mangwaneni and Fonteyn CarePoints. The teachers have group meetings and most have worked at both CarePoints, so they knew each other. I wanted the cooks to get to know each other though since they never get a chance to interact. There had been some rifts and disharmony among different personalities at the CarePoints in recent months and I wanted to build them up and get them to think as a family lifting up not pulling down each other. We played games, had a short devotional and ate KFC! (The only fast food restaurant in Swaziland.) Here are some of the pictures. It was a gorgeous day! I also gave out a goody bag with toothbrush, small toothpaste, hotel soap, lotion, an index card with a scripture on it and of course chocolate bar.
